Ted Anderson

I started out as a Realtor in the mid 1980s then ventured out to work as a real estate attorney. After 18 years in that position, I returned to this field to make the American dream of owning a home achievable to most. Being back in real estate sales means I can impact clients on a more personal level.

I now work with clients looking for their first homes, sellers looking to make a sale as well as investors. Working in the competitive KS MO market requires a unique skill set and knowledge. As a licensed Real Estate Attorney in Missouri and Kansas, I may be able to offer much more than real estate sales services.

As an attorney, I bought and sold property for the City of Kansas City, MO. Perhaps the most notable of my projects were the Veteran’s Community Project (I have worked with them since their inception and my organization donated the land for that project at my request), I also bought the land for the Sprint Arena and Power & Light District in Downtown Kansas City. I attribute my success so far to my client-first approach. I am always accessible to clients when they need me and it is their needs that guide my service. I go above and beyond to get the work done quickly and efficiently. Making them happy crowns the end of each day.

In my free time, I love to play golf and restore old houses.
